It is less than 10 minutes from H-E-B Grocery, Wimberley town square (many cute shops and restaurants), recreational tennis courts, Quicksand Golf Course, Cypress Falls, Jacobs Well and Blue Hole Regional Park. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
