This is a multi-family ranch property, which means there are other Tenants who live on the property to include the landlord. The new Tenants will be respectful of others, not be disruptive, and follow all property rules so everyone can enjoy the property and its surroundings. The house for rent is the mobile home on the property. 3-bedroom 2-bathroom mobile home approximately 950 square feet. The third bedroom is small. Not suited for a large family (couple, singles, small children are best). Horse space may be available for up to 2 horses for additional $150 per horse. Limited grazing is available. New tenants will be people who have lived a rural setting, not city people. Metro Denver people wanting to escape the insanity need NOT inquire unless, you have a past history of living in the country and can prove it. New Tenants will be capable and self sufficient, meaning the ability to fix and take care of problems or to coordinate repairs by handymen or local services if they arise, this is because the landlord travels and could be away from the property for extended period of times. Landlord lives on the property, which means you are under a watchful eye, but maintains privacy for everyone living here. Landlord will enforce all rules if they are broken and will not tolerate passive aggressive people living here.
