We are looking for someone clean and respectful to add to the free space in our home. We are a male and a female in our 30s living in our own separate sections of the house. Rent includes hoa, electric, water.. everything. No hidden costs unless you want to add your own outside service such as digital cable (we have Comcast internet included already) or have some kind of outlandish electricity needs. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself. This includes a bedroom, a loft area and a bathroom. You will also have half of the unfinished basement for storage and a garage parking spot. Shared areas include the laundry room, kitchen, living room and front patio. We also have a workout area in the basement. The hoa takes care of the lawn, trash, recycling and snow removal. You also have gorgeous mountain views from the window in the loft as an added bonus! I will need proof of income being twice as much as rent, first month's rent and a $1200 deposit if we decide to move forward after meeting with you. No smoking inside. No cats due to allergies. Lease would be for a year
