    What's special

    It is by the sandy library. It was built in 1978 and is on abt 1/3 of acre. It has a great back yard with a huge shade tree. We have 2 apple ,2 pear and 2 nectarine trees. The back yard is fenced. The vinyl windows that are only 2 years old upstairs and 1 year old downstairs. We have painted, and put in new carpet, new light fixtures and new blinds. Max Gerber owned the house before us and he did the concrete work on the house. We would like to sell because my husband's unit is moving sometime this fall and we would like to be closer to Hill airbase. You might have seen this and discounted it because we were dated but I think this house is worth a second look because we have updated it. This has been a great house.
