Home is well maintained and freshly upgraded with new paint, water heater, recessed lighting, blinds, Heating and Air conditioning through the home. The home is located in a very nice and friendly neighborhood with excellent schools within walking distances. Easy walking to public transit, close to 1-5 and numerous grocery stores, shopping areas, and public parks withing short driving distance. QFC, Trader Joes, Amazon Fresh, Sprouts Farmer Market, Safeway, Costco, Winco, and Asian Markets are within 3 mile radius. Downtown Seattle is only 8 miles away, healthy restaurant scene within 5 miles (Green lake, Walling ford, North gate, Alderwood Mall, University of Washington). I can leave some furniture such as beds, sofa, and TV stand if you want. Note: Room pictures are old. I have repainted entire home and upgraded lighting with recess lighting through upper floor and windows have cellular blinds. I will update pictures after I move out. There will be one time application and screening fees. Renter mush have at least 2.5X income and no criminal history. No guns allowed, No pets allowed, No smoking allowed within property premises, Renter must purchase renter's insurance with 100K coverage. Renter must provide proof of insurance, Renters must park in the drive way or on the street parking in front of home. No large party or gathering after 10:30 pm. Renters will be responsible for Water, sewer and Electricity. Last month rent due on signing. No subleasing or Airbnb allowed. Do not paint or change physical appearance of the home. Renter must maintain the home and back yard, keep property clean, and maintain good vibes in the neighborhood.
