The living area boasts luxury vinyl plank flooring, which resembles restored barnwood, and large windows. Each unit has a stacked washer/dryer, central heat, and A/C. Bedrooms are either luxury vinyl planks or carpet. Trapper's Keep 3 rents vary based on bedroom and are individual leases. In the 3-bedroom units, the bedrooms with an attached bath rent for $930 and the bedroom with the detached bath rents for $915.
