UNAUTHORIZED PETS Keeping an unauthorized pet constitutes a lease violation. SERVICE & ASSISTANCE ANIMALS This Addendum does not apply to legally recognized service animals or emotional support animals, which are governed by applicable federal and state fair housing laws.
