This is a very friendly neighborhood, it has a lot of mature trees with a nice walking trail throughout and playgrounds. There is a community pool and tennis courts available that are well maintained. Most people have pride in their homes and lawns. There are not so many little kids, most of the kids are middle school aged or older. The community is racially diverse, and from everyone we have met, the education level is quite high. It is a great community.
