This unit has a private bedroom with a new king-sized bed, as well as a queen-sized Murphy bed in the living area. Each area includes a full bathroom, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'd need for a home cooked meal (or storage for leftovers from any of the countless 5 star restaurants within walking distance, if you prefer). Open the 8 foot sliding glass doors and step out onto your own private balcony, where you'll find the perfect place to enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking view of the Deschutes and First Street Dam. Locally known as Steidl Falls, this water feature amplifies the sound of the rushing river and features a fish ladder which offers a glimpse of the rainbow trout! We guarantee you'll feel completely immersed in nature from the comfort of your home away from home. Enjoy access to our pool and hot-tub from 9AM-10PM year-round, and feel free to stop by our onsite office for any questions you may have. You are also welcome to bring up to two furry friends. We'd love to be your host for your Central Oregon adventure! Mid-term lease only. No long term tenancy available.
