The home is fully furnished (with the option to remove) and features a private hot tub and a shared front yard area. The inside has been upgraded with all new stainless steel appliances including a microwave and some new features throughout. The unit features a spacious floor plan with plenty of natural light. The bedroom size is spacious and can accommodate for one or two people. Unfortunately there is no on site parking. We require a one year lease. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, cable/wifi. We charge a $50 water fee per tenant per month along with $130/month fee for hot tub cleaning & maintenance. Landlord handles trash and landscaping. There is one parking spot included. We accept pets with a $300 pet deposit per pet and $50 pet rent a month.
