Welcome to 1566 Reed Ave! A ground level coastal rental cottage just blocks to the beach and your favorite area of Pacific Beach. The home is fully furnished and features a front yard area that is shared with one other unit. Inside we will be updating the appliances to be stainless steel and adding some new features throughout the unit, including new bathroom accessories. The unit features a spacious floor plan with plenty of natural light. The bedroom size is spacious and can accommodate for one or two people. Unfortunately there is no on site parking. This unit is only available for an early April tour. We require a one year lease. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, cable/wifi. We charge a $50 water fee per tenant per month. Landlord handles trash and landscaping. There is one parking spot included. We accept pets with a $300 pet deposit per pet and $50 pet rent a month.
