Small but nice (& clean!) Studio in the Pacific Beach area (Crown Point adjacent), available starting April 1st. Building is well taken care of (a great owner!). 2nd floor, separate reasonably sized fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, garbage disposal) and full Bathroom with linen closet. Great area, walking distance to everything: grocery stores, eateries, pubs, the bay (10 minute walk), the ocean (15-20 minute walk), the 30 bus from La Jolla to Old Town Station. We have limited parking- 22 spots compared to 28 units- on a first come, first serve, 1 car per unit basis. There is a small courtyard with seating and barbecue. Lease is a one year lease (no exceptions). Sorry, no laundry on site. This is a No Pets building, however service animals and emotional support animals are allowed with proper documentation and an adherence to noise and waste rules. WARNING: My vacancy photos have been used in the past for scams! The guy even sent texts with photos along with a (I assume) fake ID. If you see these photos posted on another advertisement with a unit for less money (the last ad had it for $800, but they could put any amount including the same here), it is FAKE! I always meet everyone in person. We have a very specific online payment system that is NOT Venmo or Zelle or Apple pay or Google pay or anything like that, and 99% of the time we require a first payment to be a cashier's check or money order which is delivered in person. If you see a fake ad, please flag it, report it to the server hosting the advertisement and any appropriate authorities. Thank you!
