Separate reasonably sized fully functional kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal) and full Bathroom with linen closet. Great area, walking distance to everything: grocery stores, eateries, pubs, the bay (10 minute walk), the ocean (15-20 minute walk), the 30 bus from La Jolla to Old Town Station. We have limited parking- 22 spots compared to 28 units- on a first come, first serve, 1 car per unit basis. There is a small courtyard with seating and barbecue. Lease is a one year lease (sorry, no exceptions) with an approved credit check. Owner covers Water/Trash/Sewage, Resident is responsible for Gas/Electric. This is a No Pets building, however service animals and emotional support animals are allowed with proper documentation and an adherence to noise and waste rules.
