House should be available to move in by September 1, 2024 House was painted inside and out less than a year and a half ago. There has been one tenant since the house was totally upgraded. Kitchen cabinets, sinks, and appliances are less than 1.5 years old. Bathrooms renovated. Two car garage with new garage door opener and fenced in back yard. New roof. New driveway. Shed in the back yard for storage. Location is great and not far from anything in the Metropolitan Atlanta area! Near several groceries stores, eateries, parks, and Home Depot. Not far from Interstates. Property is in a nice neighborhood and land is flat. Current Tenants are current moving out. Property will be available for viewing soon. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and damage to the home. No smoking on the property. All parking must be in the garage or driveway. No painting or permanent changes to the property without the owners' approval. All vehicles on the property must have a current tag and be operational, meaning it can be started and driven on the street, with no flat tires. No pets. This is a one year lease. First month's rent, last month's rent, and $1200 deposit (refundable if there is no damage to the house) are due before tenant move anything into the house. Tenant is responsible for having the grass cut. If tenant does not want to cut the grass, the owner will handle the grass, leaves, hedges, etc. for $60 per month for the length of the lease agreement. When tenant lease agreement has expired, all things brought to the house by the tenant must be removed by the last day of the lease. Costs of removing things will be deducted from the deposit.
