Spacious 3 bedroom with two rooms and a full bathroom upstairs, a half bath, living room and kitchen on the main floor and a third bedroom and 3/4 bath downstairs. There is a full size washer and dryer and a small fenced in patio area. Off street parking. We are looking for a nice family that will take care of our town house and pay the rent on time. We require each adult to fill out an application/background check. Credit, rental history and criminal records are checked.
