Neighborhood Description Sheridan Heights is a charming hillside overlooking Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. Homes are very well maintainted. It's a great neighborhood for walking (and trick or treating too!). Lake Forest Park Town Center & Third Place Books is a mere five minutes away. Downtown Seattle is less than 30 minutes away, with at least two ways to get there. U. Washington and Children's Hospital/Sand Point Way are VERY convenient. You can feel like you're in a mountain retreat while not having to commute a long way.
