we have enclosed the breezeway with walls and separate entrance and window so it is now a bedroom...remodeled the main bath with large walk in shower/walls/flooring...newer laminate flooring throughout kitchen/living room/dining area...we did start some remodeling on the 1/2 bath but not finished and actually turn into a walk in closet at this time at least that's our plan. Lots of privacy/far enough off the road for quiet...mature trees...lots of potential but we've stopped work on it as my husband is a disabled vet and it's just too much for me on my own...great insulation and great neighbors/location....this home is for sale by owner. AS IS!! nothing crazy needs fixed except we had been planning a heat pump/ac just on hold at this time. A work in progress...no contracts/no lease/no rent...we have a VA loan on the property and it's possibly assumable. no plumbing or electrical issues at this time
