    This is a wonderful home and has been very well maintained and cared for. It has been beautifully remodeled, it is very light and elegant townhome. Spacious rooms, all with good light, near hiking and biking trails and minutes from downtown Fairfax. Just head west to The Valley, Nicasio, Samuel P Taylor Park (camping) or the coast and Pt. Reyes. The main floor, with brand new flooring, has a lovely kitchen with high-end appliances, stone counters, and even a pot filler over the gas range (hard to find here)! Morning sun comes up on the kitchen patio, perfect for coffee and the paper. It really is more of an open concept great room layout. The living room is large with an updated gas fireplace and large storage closet. The DR and LR get good afternoon light from the adjacent patio. There is also a storage room on the rear patio. Convenient, remodeled powder room is also on the main floor for your guests. Upstairs are three bedrooms. One of the secondary bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the rear patio and the primary suite has a balcony with morning sun. Both bathrooms are exquisite in their remodeling features, and there is a skylight for additional light. There is also a washer/dryer on the same level as the bedrooms. One-car carport with additional storage and uncovered parking for a 2nd car. This was purchased as our home, and we were very selective, and we only want tenants who will really respect and care for the property. Looking for June start date. Water and garbage/recycling is included; tenant pays for other utilities (gas/electric/cable/phone/wifi). Covered parking for one car and there is uncovered, unassigned parking for a 2nd car only. This is a complex of mostly owners, who care about their living area and neighbors. Marin County does not allow smoking of any kind in any type of attached property, so looking for a non-smoking tenant who wants a peaceful living area and who respects and cares for the property and their neighbors. The lower level flooring will all be new, the counters and vanities are Carrera marble that does need more particular care. The pool is not available at this time and we don't have a date for when it will be rebuilt. No pets. Things cannot be stored in the carport or on patios/decks, and there are other rules that must be abided by, but all seem to be very normal and realistic.
