In order to be eligible for an affordable unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing and at least one member of the household must be a minimum age of 55 years. The maximum household income permitted for a LOW INCOME unit is $28,525 for a one person household and $32,600 for a two person household. If you are interested in applying to purchase one of the affordable units, you must complete a Preliminary Application.
