If you need anything else, I can most likely provide it for you :) This a 3-story town home share w/ a 44 female professional (me), a dog named Wilbur and a cat named Dino. Shared front and back entrances on the main level, take you to your completely private, entire garden level that is all yours. The house is 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths total. Your accommodations include a large master suite, plus 2nd bdrm/office and a full bathroom / laundry room. Additionally, you have complete shared access to the main floor w/ a fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room w/ fireplace, Cable TV, Free Wifi, Dining Room, Guest Bathroom, Sun Deck & Front Shaded Patio w/ BBQ Grill. Extra storage space is available in the garage if you are bringing a bicycle or extra boxes. I have two bicycles (a bit wonky) available for guests to utilize at no extra cost. On sunny days, take a hammock nap in the yard with an open space view :) I try to welcome guests into my home versus just renting the space out. Common courtesy, communication and cleanliness are key.
