Great neighborhood and home is 7 years old. Managed by the homeowner and Termite and pest control are included. It is one year lease and deposit must be received when you sign the contract. First month and any partial rent (for partial days) is due 3 days prior to move in to give enough time for deposit to clear. Rent is accepted only through deposit or transfer into my account (I will provide bank details). I look for at least 650 credit score. This is a very nice home and would like you to make it your home. Home has many nice features, cabinets, gas for cooking, termite and pest control by outside company. Tenant pays Gas, Electricity, Internet and Water/Sewer bills. Owner pays HOA fees.
