Crossroads is primarily a student apartment complex but will accept applicants with a credit score above 700 and a clean background check. The easiest way to apply is to use Zillow's application. Crossroads Apartments offers spacious and affordable one bedroom two story loft apartments in a small apartment community near the University of Arizona campus and two miles from downtown Tucson. All apartments are two story loft style that provide an open and spacious design compared to other one bedroom designs. All apartments have been renovated and feature new kitchens, which include new cabinets, counter tops, tile floors, and a new stove. The living room and bedroom have new wood look laminate floors and light fixtures. All units have central A/C and heating. Credit checks will be waived for University of Arizona students, otherwise good credit is required. No application fee besides cost of credit check if necessary. Deposit of $750 due at lease signing with $200 of that non-refundable. Water/sewer/trash and parking included in rent. Free WiFi is included that allows each user 10 mbps that can be used but it is recommended for tenants to get their own service if they are heavy internet users. Leases will need to go through July 30 2023 or shorter leases may be available for an extra fee. Laundry services on site provided free to tenants. Tenants are provided one off street parking space with no permit required street parking available for guests. Cats may be allowed on a case by case basis for an additional $25/month.
