The living room and bedroom have new wood look laminate floors and light fixtures. Bathrooms include tiles floors and tub/shower combos. All units have central A/C and heating. There is no application fee except for the $47 for the credit and background check but Zillow applications are also accepted. All applicants must pass a credit and background check with a credit score of 700 or above and no serious issues on the background check. University of Arizona students may have a cosigner if they have a lack of credit. Deposit of $800 due at lease signing with $200 of that non-refundable. Water/sewer/trash and parking included in rent. Most leases are 1 year but shorter leases may be considered on a case by case basis. Laundry services on site provided free to tenants. Tenants are provided one off street parking space with no permit required street parking available for guests. Cats may be allowed on a case by case basis for an additional $25/month.
