Crossroads Apartments

Currently have one 1 bedroom apartments available for a lease beginning October 1st, October 15th, or November 1st. Preferred lease period will be to end of May or August 2022 but also willing to do a short term lease through the end of December 2021 for an additional $200/month. We are primarily a student apartment complex but will accept applicants with good credit scores and clean background check. If you are interested I will send you a first send you a walk through video of a similar apartment and then we can potentially schedule an in person tour We offer spacious and affordable one bedroom two story loft apartments in a small apartment community within walking distance to the University of Arizona. Credit checks will be waived for University of Arizona students, otherwise good credit is required. No application fee besides cost of credit check if necessary. All apartments are two story loft style that provide an open and spacious design compared to other apartments. Renovated apartments have new kitchens which include new cabinets, counter tops, tile floors, and a new stove. The living room and bedroom have new wood look laminate floors and light fixtures. All units have central A/C and heating. Deposit of $700 due at lease signing with $200 of that non-refundable. Water/garbage/trash and parking included in rent. Free WiFi is included that allows each user 10 mbps that can be used but it is recommended for tenants to get their own service. One year lease preferred with shorter leases available on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Laundry services on site provided free to tenants. Tenants are provided one off street parking space with no permit required street parking available for guests. Cats may be allowed on a case by case basis for an additional $25/month.
