I wanted to ask you about another possibility and see if there's any way we could work something out regarding the move-in. Since we're currently trying to work through the situation with our existing lease, would you be open to two of us moving into the house initially (Me and Kaitlyn) and paying the portion of rent for just the two of us, rather than the full rental amount, and then having the other two move in once we're able to find the required people to take over our current lease? Based on the rental amount, that would put the two of us responsible for $1,275 per month, with $875 for the first month, rather than the full amount for all four of us. Once we're able to get the situation with our current lease taken care of, the other two would move in, and we would take over the full rental amount. We're really trying to find a way to make this work without putting ourselves in a position where we're paying the full amount for the new house while also trying to satisfy the requirements of our current lease or lose the opportunity to move into this home We're hoping this could give us a little breathing room to find the people needed to take over our current lease while still allowing us to move forward with your house that we love. We're completely open to discussing what would make you comfortable with this arrangement, whether that means putting something in writing, adjusting the timing, or working out the deposit differently. We just wanted to ask and see if there's anything we could negotiate or work out together. We really love your house, working with you, and genuinely want to make this work.
