It is located in Mt Baker Rim, Glacier, WA (not Deming) with tall ceilings & beautiful woodwork. It's a great space for those wanting to live near great access to the mountains. There's a large garage w/workbench & drying room for your gear downstairs. It's our special vacation home that we rent out when we are not enjoying it with friends ourselves; but we are looking to rent it out this winter. There's a small studio on the first floor accessed through the garage, which we stay in occasionally . The spaces are separate and private. The cabin is fully furnished and well appointed, with all furniture and appliances supplied by the owner and cared for by tenant. This is a furnished rental, all furniture and appliances are supplied by the owner. Owner pays for HOA dues, wifi, water, sewer, garbage, recycling and propane for the kitchen stove. Tenant pays for electricity. We are looking for the perfect person, couple or small family/roommates to sign a 6 month lease starting early May for the summer with a possibility of continuing through the winter. No subletting allowed. Proof of income via paystub, bank statement or copy of taxes may be required. We are looking for a 2-6 month lease, with possible extension.
