Completely new, modern-looking condo in point breeze. 2 blocks away from septa! Very cute street and very nice neighbors! My house is a two-story home with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, two very large living rooms, and a really nice patio with access from both floors-- big enough for outdoors dining set, outdoors fridge, and large grill. Its perfect to hang out! Currently I have the second bedroom set up as an office, but its designed to be a bedroom; it has a closet and a full bathroom next to it. All appliances are high-efficiency appliances, and the house is very well insulated (i.e. utilities are low). This is really a nice house, come see it! P.S. I am mostly interested in full-property leases but I may consider single room rentals. I may also be willing to provide some of the furniture if needed.
