The house just had a new roof put on last fall along with new electrical panel last spring. I do what I can to keep this property up! Landlord covers Water/Trash and also has a home warranty company they pay for to avoid any potential repair headaches. $50 application fee. Utility costs are very reasonable as the landlord lived in this house for 7 years and did many updates/improvements to the house before renting it out. I don't nickel and dime people. You treat me good, and I'll happily return the favor. The only reason this property is available for rent is one of the tenants took a job in Chicago and therefore didn't want to renew.
