Very convenient parking! Comes with a washer and dryer! The complex is close to HEB, Walmart, and about 5 minutes from Texas State, and 20 minutes from Austin! The complex itself has two pools, a hot tub, workout room, sand volleyball court, 2 separate tram stops- One for Aquarena Springs and one for Blanco River, meaning guaranteed bus pickup/drop-off, and a ton of grassy areas for pets!ADDED BONUS! The complex is upgrading my apartment as soon as I am able to leave, so, you would get BRAND NEW: stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, blinds, flooring, toilets, counter tops (kitchen and both bathrooms) and new lighting fixtures!So, I would pay all of March's' rent, and the electric/water for that month and the $100 application fee when you apply. After March, you'd need to switch the utilities to your name. The security deposit has been paid, so, really no payments for you until April 1st!
