Looking to sublease due to graduating in May. TXST bus stop is directly infront of our unit. Maintenance is pretty good about getting out to us within 2-3 days for non-urgent issues and really good about same day for urgent issues. Complex is pretty calm, usually go on walks with our 1 year old and haven't seen anything sketchy in this area. Quick access to IH 35 and to Aquarena Springs Dr. About 3-4min. walking distance to convenience store. Neighbors keep to themselves, never hear any noises from any of the neighbors' units. Parking is basically a large lot. Pet Policy is $300 total deposit, $100 of that is non-refundable and there is a $10 monthly pet rent. We don't have any pets in this unit, so no pet hairs. It is unfurnished but does include its own washer/dryer. There's also a decent sized patio included. Refridgerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher are pretty modern. Let me know if you would like to see the apartment! It will be sublet "as is" but I plan to hire someone to professionally clean it prior to your move-in. Also, rent payments can be made via online portal or money order. owner pays trash and water (included in rent statement)
