About the space: You'll have a private bedroom and a private bathroom located across the hall. Common areas are shared 50/50 and include the living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, office, washer/dryer, and attached 2-car garage with some storage space. The home also has a fenced backyard with a deck, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and grill great for relaxing outside when the weather is nice. Common areas are already fully furnished, but if you have furniture you'd like to bring, I'm open to discussing whether we can make room for it. $850/month + utilities. 12 month lease.
