I had some of it replaced already. The unit managed to suffer zero damage from any hurricanes, or any power outages, which is pretty amazing. This part of the neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are sweet. The property management is kind, which is refreshing. This place has good potential. It has a lot of storage, including a shed on the side. Even though the electric isn't included in the lot rent amount, my family has lived here for over four years and I can tell you that the electric averages less than $65-70 additionally a month. This is the only RV park to my knowledge on at least this side of Pasco County that is all-ages, with the cheapest lot rent around. The credit minimum is 550, and you do need to be approved by the Park in order to purchase the unit. The pictures aren't the best, but please know that the bed (under the tarp in Bedroom #2's picture) as well as the dresser will be gone prior to purchasing. I'll be leaving behind some white paint, as well as 2 unopened boxes of sticky floor tile, one opened box, and an unopened tub of flooring adhesive. The TV and the TV stand are staying behind. The TV works. If you don't want it, do whatever you'd like with it. I'm just sick of moving things. Clear title in hand. Dimensions are 31' x 16'.
