Beautiful End-Unit Villa with Peaceful Creek Views & Owned RainSoft Whole-House Water System – Available Furnished or Unfurnished Welcome to this beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit villa in the desirable 55+ Glenwood community at Beacon Woods. Enjoy the privacy of no immediate rear neighbors, extra windows that fill the home with natural light, and peaceful views of Bear Creek from the Florida room and primary bedroom. One of this home's most exceptional features is the owned RainSoft Whole-House Water Treatment System—a premium upgrade rarely found in comparable homes. Enjoy purified water throughout the home for drinking, cooking, showering, bathing, laundry, and even watering your plants. This valuable system is included with the home and requires only routine servicing every year or two. The open floor plan offers a spacious great room, bright Florida room, split-bedroom layout, walk-in closets, generous storage, pull-down attic access, and a covered carport. All kitchen appliances, plus a full-size washer and dryer, are included. Available furnished or unfurnished, this home gives you the flexibility to move right in or personalize it to your own style. The HOA includes cable, internet, exterior maintenance, roof replacement, exterior painting, lawn care, trash service, and access to outstanding amenities including a heated pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, bocce, basketball, billiards, and a nearby pay-as-you-play golf course. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, parks, and the beautiful Gulf beaches, this low-maintenance home is ideal as a full-time residence, seasonal getaway, or retirement retreat. If you've been looking for a home that combines the privacy of an end unit, peaceful creek views, premium water quality, and resort-style amenities, this is one you won't want to miss.
What the owner loves about this home
I absolutely love that it's an end unit. The rooms are bright without having direct sun! I also love the mornings when I sat at the kitchen table and looked over the beautiful brook right outside my window. Very peaceful. And of course, since I take care of myself, and only are exposed to healthy water, the Rainsoft Water Treatment System allowed me to drink and shower with lead, chlorine, and flouride free water, while also doing my laundry in clean water, so my colored clothes didn't fade. And my plants were happy too because the water was so clean.
