Parking is currently on-street. In the near future, garage parking with limited storage may become available to a responsible tenant, subject to a separate agreement. Pet Policy A maximum of one cat and one small dog under 40 pounds may be permitted with landlord approval. All pets must be disclosed to the landlord before the beginning of the lease agreement or, for an existing tenant, before a lease renewal or before bringing a new pet onto the property. Additional pet terms, if applicable, will be included in the lease agreement.
