Either way you get a private bathroom. Private office. You may use the whole house and enjoy the deck/yard/grapes minus my bedroom. Utilities and basic cable/internet are included for your rent. Private refrigerator and microwave in lower level. House is furnished but not cluttered so there's room for some of your own furniture. Nice large LED TV available. Computer can also be provided if you like. Grocery is mile away. Near Power Bike Trail. Tenant will share kitchen and laundry and will enjoy use of a private bedroom and bath, basement living area (could be private for renter) and living rooms. Nice, fenced backyard with wood deck, grapes growing, and a peach tree. You will have the services of a local property manager while I'm out.
