Electrical updated from original wiring to modern breaker box. New electric rangetop installed 2016. New heavy duty picture window in living room installed by Lowes in 2016. Most windows converted from original awning to sliding, insulated (5 remain). Skylight in main bath. New landscaping since 2005 included Camelias, Holly, and other plantings. Good privacy all around. Enormous hedge in front, and trees/shrubs on east border. High wood fence in back, back yard mostly enclosed.
