We rented this house in December and are looking for a family or group to take over our lease for the remaining 7 months of our lease starting May 1 with a little bit of flexibility and option to renew lease. This house is absolutely fantastic for a family and we are leaving because we got into contract to buy a house, but otherwise would be perfectly happy to stay. The house is spacious and light, with a large dining room, living room with working fireplace, bonus bedroom or den, 3 good-sized bedrooms with lots of storage and closet space. 3 nice bathrooms including large master bath. The kitchen is large and comfortable with new appliances. The house was recently sold so everything is in very nice condition from having been fixed up for the sale. The back yard is truly like a park with a very large turf field, fruit trees all around the edge, and a separate raised bed area. Our kids ride their tricycles up and down the long driveway every day and kick balls on the turf. They love picking lemons from the trees and making lemonade.
