This fixed-term rental agreement spans from July 1st, 2025 to July 1st, 2026. Renters are required to stay the full lease duration and are responsible for rents, late fees, utility bills, and other enforceable charges if vacating early, until the unit is re-rented. A late fee of 5% plus $10 per day will be assessed for payments received after the 5th day of the month. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the lawn, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, and utility services. Alterations to the property must be approved by the landlord.
