This townhome is located in a very safe and clean neighborhood. There is a fence in the back yard. It is located in an area with easy walking to public transit, very good schools, and MTSU. The property is located near interstates 24 and 840 with a lots of shopping, strip centers, a mall, and lots of restaurants very close to the property. Every tenant I have had for many years has felt at home and safe. The vast majority of tenants have lived in the property for several years due to liking everything about the home. This property will be available by 06/12/2026. I will consider holding it until 7/1, 7/15, or 8/1 as long as all qualifications are met. I prefer Good Credit and / or Good Rental History, Clean Background Check, and Verifiable Income to pay rent. I will definitely consider a fair credit score with good rental history and verifiable income. I will also consider lower credit scores as long as someone agrees to pay two months deposit, $2500, plus the first month's rent on the move in date. Renter pays all utilities and maintains the small yard by cutting the grass. No smoking in the home allowed! This unit is a two story, stair climbing required. I prefer dogs. I may consider cat(s) as long as the cat(s) are clean and neutered / spayed. I will also not rent to anyone that has dogs that are on an aggressive list according to some insurance companies due to insurance purposes.
