The house is shared with one other awesome person, and includes washer and dryer, in-floor radiant heat, great natural light, and a location that's walking distance to many great hang out spots including Ikonik Lena, Backroad Pizza, Counter Culture, and the Pantry. Rent includes all utilities including internet. The bedroom is unfurnished and carpeted. It's 12x12 with high ceiling and vigas. The kitchen has a gas range and dishwasher, and all the kitchen implements already. The living room is furnished. In front of the house is a small raised garden, and in back there's a small patio. Pets are allowed, if the landlord says yes. The current tenant is a 45 year old male who works and the food bank and has a small old dog. No gender preference for house mate. No smoking anywhere on the property. I'm looking for someone who wants to stay for a while, preferably at least 6 months.
