This urban oasis is set back away from the street in a quiet area by the creek, yet just a 5-minute walk from Pearl Street, the creek path, and a farmers' market. Restaurants, bars, music venues, parks, and entertainment are all also close by. You are about a 5 minute walk to the bus station which will take you to and from the airport, downtown Denver or other parts of Boulder. You can also use the bike lanes to get around town and everything downtown is just an easy walk. If you are thinking about doing hikes or spending time in the mountains I would highly recommend renting a car. Renter will reimburse owner for utilities, renter is expected to keep the home very clean, owner has right to visit (or have property manager) visit 1x per month to ensure the home is being kept clean, otherwise owner will have the home professionally cleaned and renter will reimburse owner.
