Temporary IDs allow you to enjoy the same privileges as homeowners such as access to all of the amenities and activities of The Villages. **You and your guests are aware and accept and assume all risks of harm. You (as renters) and your guests release the property owner and their representatives free from any liability, including financial liability for an injuries/harm that may occur if the guest is injured on the property.
