From the well stocked kitchen in which you can prepare a full course meal to the ceiling heat lamp in the modern bathroom, a full size stackable washer/dryer, and fast-speed internet. This cozy interior ensures an enjoyable stay no matter the season. Whether you're unwinding inside or enjoying the peaceful surroundings on the porch, this cabin invites relaxation at every turn. For longer term stays, this home has three raised garden beds in the back to grow vegetables and there are multiple fruit bushes/vines including: blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and fig. There are also some herbs including Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Basil, and Lemon Balm. Security & Privacy: This home is behind an automated gate with several other homes. Guests are provided an automated gate opener upon check-in. Cleanliness: We do a deep clean and sanitization between each rental party. Rental Agreement: Rental Agreement and Rules are attached. However, a copy will be personalized and require signature prior to check-in. This is furnished home being rented for at least 1 month, and typically no more than 3 months (although we will review every request for 3+ months). This is a non-smoking home (Vaping outside is okay). Owner provides all utilities and internet. There is no local garbage pick-up, so property manager will pick up trash once a week and take to local dump or guests may take their own trash to the dump no less than once a week. - Minimum rental period of one (1) month.
