The home is just 1 minute from the I-78 Bethlehem exit for easy access to anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, New York City and Philadelphia. Central air conditioning and heat is electric, and unlimited 5G wireless Internet works throughout the house, including the outdoor deck. Walls of the room are newly painted, a platinum gray with white trim, and gray carpet. The bathroom is a newly painted bright blend of gold and orange. l live alone with no pets, and I'm easy going. I enjoy music, especially attending music festivals, watching movies, and travelling. I'm fitness minded as I workout almost daily. Although I vape, nothing that creates smoke is permitted within the home because of lingering odors. This room has it's own key locked door and will always be private for a housemate. I've had many housemates over the years rent this room, often friends, who have stayed here without any problems. Sometimes, but it's rare, I'll have a friend stay overnight in a guest room.
