We will be offering this newly built house. We have had a change in life style and no longer need this large a house. The home is a 5 bedroom ranch with a basement. The model we chose is the Calvin: with elevation, Nantucket Retreat) This elevation gives you a 4 foot deeper garage. The basement has been framed for ceiling drywall and drywall has been hung. There is an emergency daylight window exit in the 5th bedroom in the basement. Electric outlets/light-ceiling fan outlet is pre wired and is next to a an already finished full bath. Bedroom at entry way could be an office or bedroom. There is a closet and entry has double doors. The house has extended morning room off kitchen and the garage has two extensions. There is a four foot extension for the whole width of the garage so it will be 4 feet deeper and a 4 foot side extension on the left side. Paint scheme is neutral with plenty of electric outlets in and outside the house with extra hose bibs as well. There will be no sod 'till spring I suspect. We will be putting a pad and stairs in the back. The price is indicative of price increases since we bought in Feb/Mar, the price of a premium lot and this lot is very premium. There are less homes in this area, more room between houses next to each other and planned green space. There are no more private lots just wall to wall ones. The Nantucket with 4 foot longer garage (Fischer was not aware that the Nantucket came with this included in the price..no additional charge but I doubt that is now the case. Calvins like mine are now going for a little over $505,000 to $525000 and I know I am asking for the appreciating value now but it will not take long for the market to reach my price...4-8 months??? Now is the time to buy with rates as low as 2.99% which is my rate I am at and may go lower with our substantial down payment...2.75% I was told. We will co-op if you have a realtor @ 3% max...if you work with a realtor company that charges higher...oh well. If you are without a realtor as in you found my house without their help, we may have some wiggle room. Craig Roderick
