Studio Apt. La Habra Heights This description applies to both Studio A and Studio B. Studio B, as you will see from photos, is furnished but can be emptied. I am looking for a professional , one person, ONLY, who wants a quiet, secluded refuge from work to rest and revitalize. I want one person, only. This studio is sound proof but back to back with another studio. If a tenant wants to have a party, he or she should invite all tenants. There are three on the property. Respect for quietness except for special activities is required. La Habra Heights is a unique wildlife preserve next to Powder Canyon. Lots of wild animals are your neighbors such as deer, coyote, an occasional bob cat, skunk, racoon, and this is a bird sanctuary. There are dozens of hiking trails and the views from the studios are breath taking. La Habra Heights is private and each home appears secluded. Mine is private, secure and secluded. The city has laws to protect the neighborhood from fires and overcrowding. The studio is best occupied by one person, only. It is small. Large, portable ovens and microwaves are in the studios. There is also a burner. Each studio is one large room with a built-in kitchenette. There are picture windows with views , and separate bathrooms. One studio has a tub/shower the other has a shower. Both have toilets and sinks. Large closets. There is some space outside to store a few items in. Sorry, no garage. Create your own covered area. It is easy and portable. Park outside on the property not near the street. You can cover your car. You need to have good credit and a good job. Your job should be within 30 minutes of the rental. It takes 8 minutes to 10 minutes to come down out of the hills to the city. No pets, please UNLESS YOU PUT THEM IN ANOTHER HOME DURING THE DAY OR YOU PROVIDE A LARGE, PORTABLE KENNEL THAT HAS A ROOF AND IS COMPLETELY ENCLOSED. I have rented my studios 40 years and three times, I permitted pets and they were left for hours unattended. This is sad and cruel. This is secluded. If you want a lot of people around, live in the city. You may get lonely. Please, please read about me. This is important. I live on the same property. Read, "About Me" in my blog. You take your own trash out to receptacles once a week and you pay for internet and cell and T.V.
