One-six-five Piper Glen has been a wonderful home for us for almost two years..We move to join our family. Coffee brews daily in this highly functional kitchen. We head into the morning room with a cup for quiet meditation, or a quick update of the news on TV. The spacious open concept dining room seats 8-12. Fireside seating in the living room features reading, conversation, or TV viewing. Two TV hookups allows for a variety of furniture placement. The Master Bedroom is beautiful with the tray ceiling. The walk in closet is great. New hardwood floors were just installed two weeks ago. The bedroom upstairs has a co-ordinate bath. The stairs to the lower den and third bedroom and bath and storage are gently sloped with a landing. The den is a large welcoming room where small or large groups will feel welcome. The major selling point for my husband was the storage room/gym/sauna/ interior porch overlooking the water shed area. If you have a hobby or love crafts or want to set up a mini gym this space is a delight. This neighborhood is caring, quiet, but helpful when you reach out.
