    Major renovations & updates were done in 2020. All new appliances in the kitchen - Frigidaire "Gallery" series, 18 cuft frig, 14 cuft freezer, dishwasher, range with induction hobs & convection oven, new Broan exhaust hood(400 cuft/m), new disposal, new three stage water filter, black epoxy counter tops & hardware, and LED lighting - most are "Energy Star" rated and extra quiet. Added 1,200 sqft of new R30 insulation to the attic. Installed 800 sqft of high quality vinyl plank flooring - lifetime guarantee, water proof, and sound absorbing. Installed 800 sqft of "top of the line" soundproofing under the new flooring. The kitchen is original tile. One bedroom(now workroom)(12'x12') has new carpet & a large walk-in closet(tool storage). The other bedroom(12'x12') had a small 5'x5' closet next to the 1/2 bath. I converted the closet into a 5'x5' luxury heated Kohler shower - making a 3/4 master bath. Both baths have new Glacier Bay dual flush toilets, new Broan heater/vents(100 cuft/m), new Kohler sinks, and new quality fixtures & hardware. All wood rot under all sinks was replaced, and water alarms were added. All water cut-off valves were replaced. All windows have original wood plantation shutters that work - crown molding in most rooms & four ceiling fans(two are new). A hospital quality "Reme-Halo" RGF air purification system was added to the central A/C unit. All A/C ducts & registers were professionally cleaned. Large personal laundry room with storage is located on the oversized screened in balcony with private access rear stairs. Balcony was repainted. new ceiling fan added, and a new Spanish porcelain tile floor installed. A water faucet was added for plant care. All locks were replaced or rekeyed. You do not hear the traffic on 410, nor any noise from the airport. Nice neighbors - crappy HOA. New photos were added showing "before" and "after upgraded & remodeling." 2023 property taxes, with homestead & over 65 exemptions are $595 per year. Updated by current owner on 12/15/2023.
