Living/dining has fold-out futon and easy chair, Roku home theater, and table and chairs for 4-6. Home office nook has WiFi and could have monitor and printer. Bathroom has clawfoot tub with added shower and towels, etc. Bedrooms have bookcases, queen beds with sheets and blankets, and double closets. Alexa's little brother Ziggy is on call if you want him. Private entrance and landlord lives on first floor. Think of it as an Air B&B with a lower price for longer terms. Rent includes all utilities and WiFi. Not recommended for families with small children because of the lead hazards of old (pre-1978) properties*. While I'd love to rent to long-term tenants, the apartment is really targeted at people in town for internships, residencies, or extending training. *owner-occupied small apartment buildings are permitted such discrimination.
