A one-story home typical of other homes in the areas. Masonry-block with stucco exterior. Painted inside and out in 2005 - 2006. Neighborhood Description Quiet working class neighborhood. Not much happens and the immediate neighbors are very nice. A commercial rail line is to the back (south) so there aren't any rear neighbors. The train usually runs in the a.m. between 8 and 10 and again in the evening between 4 and 8 and occassionally between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. We weren't sure about all that when we moved in but the train has proved to be a fun feature and the night run is slightly less loud than a thunderstorm and lasts about a minute.
